Today's blog post is about change. This post is really relevant to me, because I am actually going through a big change.
My family is moving churches.
Sunday was our last day at my current church, and we have been there for thirteen years. We have so many friendships there, and it has been a really hard week full of many tears.
I found 5 verses to help you cope during the change and transition you're going through.
1. Psalm 119:105 (NLT)
Your Word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.
2. Philippians 4:13 (NIV)
I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.
3. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
4. Deuteronomy 31:8 (TLB)
Don’t be afraid, for the Lord will go before you and will be with you; he will not fail nor forsake you.
5. Romans 8:28 (NLV)
We know that God makes all things work together for the good of those who love Him and are chosen to be a part of His plan.
All five of those verses are there to remind you that God has a plan, and that during whatever change you might be going through, you can do it with Him.
After all, you are In His Hands!
