I know there are so many things to be afraid of in this world. I, of all people, understand that.

I've been going through so much fear and anxiety, and I know I'm not the only one. Something that has always eased my fear is God's word!

Here are 10 verses that have helped me through my fears, and I hope will encourage you!

1. Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

2. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
